The end of the year is rapidly approaching and it seems that this is one of the busiest times of the year, & it is important to find some time to take care of yourself. Moments of respite can help not only your mind, but your body as well. It could be time that you use to moisturize your skin, read a book, have a cup of tea or just sit in a quiet place & have some me-time. This can also be a good opportunity to take stock of the things you have accomplished during this year, highlight all the positive things while thinking about the next year to come.
