Put them anywhere for relief

When my feet hurt I put them on a towel on the floor and put my feet on top. When my back hurts I let the pack fall behind my back and just sit back on it. When my shoulder hurts I throw it over my shoulder. When my hip hurts I sit on it. They’re always flexible and cold when you need them.

Life-saver for knee surgery

I bought 2 of these for my knee replacement surgery. One is always ready when I am finished with the other. I wrap them in a kitchen towel before putting them on my knee. They drape beautifully over my knee and the velcro straps keep them in place. They are incredibly convenient and provide wonderful relief. Thank you!

I wish they had someway to attach straps. But they are great as is.t

They are great, they stay cold really well. I bought 2 medium and glad I did. I can rotate them all day for constant cooling comfort. External fabric loops would be nice for a strap to hold them just a little tighter. My thigh and knee are loving them. They flex /shape really well for different positions.
