Returns Process

The NatraCure Guarantee: If for any reason you are unhappy with a product that has been purchased on the NatraCure web site (, we will gladly accept your return within 60 days of your receipt of purchase.

Returns for PurchasesUnfortunately, we are at the mercy of Amazon's return policy when it comes to any of our NatraCure products available for purchase on However, we do stand by our products and are certainly glad to make it right! If you'd like to return one or more of our products that you purchased from, simply contact us and provide your Amazon Order ID number so we may assist you further. 

Please note: If you ordered a NatraCure product from a 3rd party catalog, reseller, or distributor, you will need to process your return directly with the catalog, reseller, or distributor where you purchased the product.

Step 1

If you want to return a product that was purchased on, please email us at and include the following information:

  • Your name
  • Address where the product was shipped
  • Name of the product you are returning
  • Reason for the return

Step 2

We will send you a confirmation email with the RMA #

Step 3

Please send the product to us via UPS, FedEx or USPS.
Please note: Returns sent via USPS must include tracking numbers. We will not be held responsible for any USPS returns that are sent to us without tracking information.

Step 4

Have your RMA # clearly written on the outside of the shipping box. We are unable to process returned packages that do not include a visible and legible RMA #.

Step 5

When we receive the product, we will refund your credit card in the amount of your original purchase price of the product only. We cannot refund any shipping & handling charges.

Step 6

You will receive a confirmation of the credit via email. And that's it. You're golden.
