(1) Registration is required to access NatraCure Professionals. Ongoing access to NatraCure Professionals is accomplished through the use of an email address and a password. NatraCure Professionals requires verification of your business prior to registration and/or ordering. NatraCure reserves the right to restrict access to the NatraCure Professionals program if business verification cannot be completed or is deemed unacceptable.

(2) You cannot modify or cancel your NatraCure Professionals order after it has been submitted. Your credit card or other payment source will be authorized at the time your order is placed and you will be charged immediately. Ordered items  may arrive in multiple shipments. If we are unable to deliver the order to you, the order will be canceled, and you will be charged a restocking fee.

(3) You are solely responsible for any authorized or unauthorized access to your account by any person. You agree to bear all responsibility for the confidentiality of your password and all use or charges incurred from NatraCure Professionals orders placed with your password. You agree to notify NatraCure promptly of any unauthorized use of your password and you will remain liable for any use of the Platform or NatraCure Professionals until you notify NatraCure Professionals of the unauthorized use of your password.

(4) You may not offer or sell NatraCure products on any other website(s), affiliate website(s), shopping networks, online marketplaces or auction websites without the prior written consent of NatraCure Professionals.

(5) You may not advertise NatraCure products in connection with your own website without the prior written consent of NatraCure. All Internet advertising and marketing, including but not limited to, banner ads, cost-per-click or pay-per-click advertising, search engine advertising, search engine data feeds and product listing ads, or wording provided to any entity engaged in such advertising, must be pre-approved in writing by NatraCure.

(6) You may sell NatraCure products to consumers directly but shall not sell or divert NatraCure products to any individual or entity for resale or export.

(7) NatraCure reserves the right to amend the NatraCure Professionals program, including product availability, bulk pricing, discounts, or any additional program features, at any time without notice.
