This shoulder wrap was suggested by my PCP. He also was in training.
I was on my fifth week with a shoulder strain. As guys do I figured it will heal in time. On my visit for a routine check up I mentioned my shoulder.
He suggestion this particular shoulder wrap.
I finally said I'm going to listen to my doc for once and ordered it.
To be honest. Initally trying to figure out how to put it on , I said to myself " I can do this ".lol
Now it's second nature.
Bottom line , this works. Just follow instructions, and a week of this treatment got me back to 90%.
Note this wasn't a cuff tear . Just a strain that would not go away. I never stopped training or the speed bag or the heavy. Probably accelerating my condition. Also I have a hip deal that I take the cold pack from the shoulder wrap and put it on my hip with a back waist wrap. This also helps. Enjoy your youth brothers.

This is my second brace I bought for my shoulders. I have arthritis in both shoulders and these braces are great for support and heating or cooling. Only negative thing I have for this brace is the air valve to allow air follow into the brace to give more pressure and support. The valve was stuck so when I tried to open the valve I broke off the nipple on the air bag. Other than that issue I would recommend these shoulder braces to all with shoulder injuries or shoulder pain.
