I got the larger size because I’m within an inch or two of the upper limit of the small size. So, it’s way too big. And because the fabric is slippery and the pack is heavy, it’s difficult to tighten it sufficiently to keep it from slipping down. I really like how it holds its cold! I had difficulty getting it warm enough to be useful in the 40 seconds allowed.

In advance of my hip replacement surgery I ordered 3 highly reviewed Amazon products. Each was worse than the other. Leaking, straps separate from product, needing another person to put in on, cheap material, etc. Thankfully I found Natra Cure’s hip gel pack (heat & cold.) They come in sizes! I can easily put it on &
adjust it myself! There is a zippered compartment for the gel pack( which doesn’t turn into a block of ice!) And their company is easy to get in touch with on the phone!! This gel ice pack has been such an important tool for my recovery!

The Hot/Cold Hip Pain Relief Wrap Is A Blessing. I’m so thankful to have found this product. I need a hip replacement & because of the long process to have a hip replacement surgery scheduled I have relied on this wrap daily to numb my hip pain. My only disappointment with the wrap is I have used it so much the Velcro is no longer staying attached in the same place so the wrap won’t stay attached as well otherwise I would have given this 5 stars hands down. Thank You!

It works as advertised although I had trouble at first getting the wrap to fit tightly. It does stay cold for a long time. This has been the best Hip related wrap I have found thus far.
