NatraCure Gel Forefoot Cushions offer ultra-thin forefoot cushioning to help eliminate ball-of-foot pain and calluses. The anatomically designed gel pad redistributes body weight equally over all 5 metatarsal heads of forefoot. Thin profile design and soft fabric fits in most footwear, even dress shoes. Elastic comfort fabric is sewn in three sections and includes two toe loops to secure the position of the gel pad, so it will not slip or move in your shoe.

Neuropathy foot saver

I’ve been buying these foot pads for years because out of the hundreds of products I’ve tried - Natracure gel forefoot cushion pads are the only ones that allow me to walk comfortably.

When will these be back in stock? I’m desperate to get some.

Why are these not in stock any longer?

Are you ever going to have your Forefoot Gel Pads in stock again? These are the only ones that comfortably work for me. I have been watching your site for months and it always says out of stock!

I have worn the gel forefoot cushion everyday for years!
I have Morton neuroma on my right foot and chose not to have surgery or kill the nerve it sits on which was the only solutions the dr offered.
Instead I researched and found these. I wear it everyday and I have no pain or discomfort since wearing it. I throw them in the wash in a garment bag and hang to dry.
They are wonderful

I have worn them inside dress shoes with good effect. The balls of the feet are generally sore but this helps a good deal.
