  • Fold the shoulder & neck heat pack over the arms and place below the full back section and fit into the microwave. Flatten silica filling to ensure even heat distribution.
  • Use high heat for one minute.
  • Wait 15 seconds for the inner heat to reach the outside portion and check the temperature.
  • Reheat neck wrap in 15 second increments, flipping sides each time, until the wrap becomes the correct temperature for you.
  • Please note how long it has taken so you can use this as a guide for the next time you heat the wrap.
  • Note: Microwave units have different power ratings, so heating times will vary. Always check carefully with your fingers. Do not exceed 4 total mins of heating. Always place a paper towel in your microwave to keep any food particles from soiling the outer material.

Comfortable and provides nice moist heat

I like the wrap and appreciate that it reaches down my back. It provides a good moist heat. But please be aware…it’s heavier than most so it could be a bit heavy for a smaller frame. Also, since it is so large, it does take more time to heat up in the microwave. You will flip it over while heating to make sure the heat distributes. Wish the Velcro around the neck fit a bit tighter but the weight keeps it in place. Overall, I recommend this wrap for neck and back issues.

Melts away the tension

This neck wrap is substantive in size and weight, I like that it holds in place and feels like a big hug! My brother and I both got one, as his neck issues have been chronic. He’s loving it too. And, the customer service as been excellent. Thanks.

Perfect for tight shoulders

I've tried lots of neck wraps, and this is hands down the best. It's a weighted blanket and heat wrap in one. I microwave mine for 3.5 minutes total, flipping it 3 times, and the heat lasts for 20 minutes or more. I do wish the velcro allowed for a tighter fit, but the wrap is heavy enough that it stays in place even when not velcro-ed.
