Perfect. Fits easily and provides perfect relief
I love the idea of the socks as my plantar fasciitis is really bad. I needed something that was easy to use. I usually use a ace bandage and wrap ice in the bandage around my foot/hel. I gave it a 4 star only becuase persoanlly I wish the socks could be colder-maybe a different kind of freeze pack-(frozen beads) and that it would stay cold longer. This is the best I have found and would still recommend them. I may just find a colder ice pack that can fit into the sock. Love the sock idea!!!!
These are easy to put on and take off. I get foot pain right behind my toes and have to add a hook and loop strap to keep contact with that sore area or keep my feet on the floor. But ice does do wonders for pain and these work. I think these should last a while and so far I'm happy being less painful.

Exactly what I needed. Each sock has 2 ice packs. 1 Top/1 Bottom. You have more control over the areas you need to ice without freezing your entire foot. Great for bed time when my feet throb enough to prevent restful sleep.
