Good idea but too small, no free return shipping

This wrap is a great idea (I have a similar one for my knee which works really well) but I found this wrap very difficult to get on and off as I have to do it one handed, it really needs straps, not the long Velcro piece across the top. Also I bought this for my husband to use as well and it is too small for him. It barely wraps my hand and I have thin wrists/hands. I am returning it and also am not happy there is not free return shipping.

Speedy recovery

I really think the wrist support helped me a lot with a very bad wrist sprain I had this summer. I have had several sprains before from skateboarding and they seem to linger forever. The trick is to deal with the swelling even before it starts. I did that the best I could with ice packs while waiting for this to come in the mail. I used it three times per day and used the compression to hold it in place but also because it also helps with the swelling. It helped with the pain which was actually very minimal. But the wrist healed faster than anticipated. More like days instead of weeks per usual! I am now using the inner packs for heat instead of for cold and I think that helps too.
