Returns Process

The NatraCure Guarantee: If you are unhappy with a product that has been purchased on the NatraCure web site (http://www.natracure.com), we will be pleased to process your return for any reason within 60 days of your receipt of purchase.

(Note: If you ordered a NatraCure product from a 3rd party catalog, reseller, or distributor, you will need to process your return directly with the catalog, reseller, or distributor where you purchased the product.)

Step 1

If you want to return a product that was purchased on the NatraCure web site, please email us at returns@natracure.com and include the following information:

  • Your name
  • Address where the product was received
  • Name of the product you are returning
  • Reason for the return

Step 2

We will send you a confirmation email with the RMA #.

Step 3

Please send the product to us via UPS, FedEx, or USPS. (NoteReturns sent via USPS must include tracking numbers. We will not be held responsible for any USPS returns that are sent to us without tracking information.)

Step 4

Have your RMA # clearly written on the outside of the shipping box. We will be unable to process returned packages that do not include a visible and legible RMA #.

Step 5

When we receive the product, we will refund your credit card in the amount of your original purchase price of the product only. We cannot refund shipping & handling.

Step 6

You will receive a confirmation of the credit via email. And that's it. You're golden.
