Although the company and the Customerservice people are very nice, the cold pack product that I purchased was not filled with that much gel therefore, it’s sometimes difficult to use. Additionally, one side had very, very little gel, and I tried to manipulate the gel to go there, but I could not do it… There’s just not enough gel in the cold pack for my liking.
